“Ontario will go into lockdown on Boxing Day in an effort to bring soaring CoVid -19 cases under control, a move the province announced on Monday after Health Advisors said thousands of Infections could be avoided if tough restrictions were imposed earlier.”
Ontarians are advised to leave home only for essential trips.
The Ontario Government has indicated that at the end of the Provincewide Shutdown period, potentially Jan 23, 2020 the COVID-19 Response Framework: Keeping Ontario Safe and Open will be re-enacted.
The Government has also indicated that data will continue to be monitored weekly, the CMOH will review trends in key public health indicators in the final week of the Provincewide Shutdown period and indicators from each public health unit region will be assessed to determine the appropriate zone for each Public Health Unit region under the framework.

**No Indoor or Outdoor visits– Virtual Visits only** -same procedure will apply to the virtual visits call the Recreation Staff on your loved ones floor. They will book you in a virtual visiting time.

Resident Absences : Outings for Medical or Compassionate Reasons Only
