Meetings are resident-led and supported by staff to ensure open communication, respect, and follow-through. Through the Residents’ Council, individuals are empowered to advocate for themselves and their fellow residents, helping to create a welcoming, engaging, and responsive community.

What do our Residents’ Council Do?
The Residents’ Council plays an active role in supporting resident engagement and improving life within the home. Through regular meetings and open discussion, the Council:
- Provides residents with a platform to share ideas, suggestions, and concerns
- Offers feedback on care, services, programs, meals, and daily living
- Collaborates with staff and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement
